Hi, I’m Kourtney!

I’m a health and fitness junkie with the love and passion of simply helping others empower their wellness! Born and raised in Michigan, and traveled my way down to Florida with my family in 2012. Married to a Florida native with a household full of fur babies. In 2013 I began my passion for skincare and helping women achieve ultimate skin care goals. Then in 2014 I unfortunately suffered from a rare autoimmune disease that made me realize that there was no reason not to be living the healthiest life you can live, I had the cosmetic knowledge down but I wanted to extend my passion in the health and fitness industry which brought me to becoming a personal trainer and health coach. I found a passion for bodybuilding and competing in NPC shows where I then became competing at a national level in 2020. Then that’s where the “Cryo Chick” came alive I started a cryo therapy business where I was offering Skincare services, body composition and health coaching.

After wanting to expand bigger you are now looking at “Empower Wellness” where I get to personally help you with empowerment, skincare, personal training, health coaching and overall health and wellness along with still offering my cryo therapy service.

My years of knowledge and experience have given me the opportunity to work with the best clientele who have truly made my job something I don’t call work. My goal is to inspire others to achieve their healthiest life while feeling their absolute best.
